Monday Morning Perspective

We kicked off 2016 with a bang Sunday at Fairview. What a great place to be if you want to be a part of a church family that is determined to make an impact in our area and around the world. Our first time tent was awfully busy, energy level was at an all time high and 5 new families made decisions to join with us. 

Cross Talk was definitely ready for the new year as they led worship and my man brought another great message from 1John 5 that allowed us to know that we know that we have eternal life with Jesus. We don't want anyone going into the new year questioning their salvation. We want all who are saved to embrace it and celebrate it every day and move forward in discipleship. Questioning and wondering about our salvation is a miserable way to live. 

Eddie focused on the work of Jesus, the witness of the Holy Spirit, and the Word of God. I loved the illustrations of the two Hebrew families! Like Eddie said, it's simple, don't complicate it. It's real, don't miss it.
