Monday Morning Perspective

We learned from Ecclesiastes 4 that there are two points of view: destructive and constructive. As Solomon looks outward and sees oppression and evil, he warns us of four dangers:
the dangers of envy, laziness, dissatisfaction, and remorse.
Do we get envious of the accomplishments of others? Do we celebrate when others suffer failure? Do we show up to work late and go home early? Are we content or always searching for more, wanting more? Do we have others we share life with?

We also looked at the power of partnership and the importance of relationships. We were created for community. What's more important to us, weath or relationships? Things or people?

We looked at the power of restoration and loving people where they are and also the power to overcome.

We had a great visual with the power of 3 cords not being easily broken.
Solomon tried to fly solo and said he missed it.
We had an amazing night church service. Keiffer Mendoza and his team lead us so well every week! It's hard to describe that service without saying that the Spirit is just so thick! It's a glorybump experience every week and it's been such a joy! We will be taking a hiatus for June and July (yes that makes me sad) but we have other church wide things taking place on Sunday nights. Keiffer will be leading camp at the beach all summer so continue to pray for him! As Eddie said, "we will return in August with a vengeance".
Love this visual Eddie shared at all services. It's not a great pic but it is what it is...
